Velvet nails, inspired by Ciate’s new kit. After trying it out, I have to say that it is not for me. Unfortunately, the end result looked like a skinned Muppet. In other words, it was just plain ugly. I will definitely not be doing these again :c

The fluff is hard to manipulate, resulting in bald patches and uneven texture. Here’s an example: my pinky is super fluffy, while my ring finger is sparse and has a HUGE bald spot.

Here’s what the fluff looks like in the packaging, and a small pinch of it in my hand in the corner of the picture :3 The color I used is ‘Blush’ which is the light pink in the middle of the bottom row.
